After much thought, I’ve decided that Anime Social may be shutting down soon. This community has been live for a year, and while I had big hopes for it, there’s been little to no growth during that time. On top of that, I’ve been struggling with my mental health and haven’t been as active as I wanted to be. Running a community takes energy and consistency, and right now, I need to focus on taking care of myself. What does this mean? Hello everyone! I figured I would make a few updates to the site and announce something new. First of all, let's start with our site updates. The Anime Database had a few errors in it so I had to redo the entire thing. So, it's been updated with no errors. This will also allow us to move entries to clubs if we decide to go that way. I have streamlined the main navigation bar. Missing links like staff and other things can be found in the "Userful Links" block in the footer. Now to introduce Geek Nexus is our sister site that is all about geekdom Everything from Anime, Gaming, Sci-fi, Comic Books, Tech, MCU, and DCCU. So come and check us out!

I relocated in early February and have not had much time to make updates due to balancing work and the effort of transforming my house into a home.
