The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 4 is confirmed to have 12 episodes, as detailed in its Blu-ray and DVD release schedule. The home video will be released in three volumes, each containing four episodes.

Volume 1, featuring Episodes 1 to 4, will be available on October 29, 2025. Volume 2, with Episodes 5 to 8, is set for November 26, 2025. The final volume, including Episodes 9 to 12, will be released on December 24, 2025. Both Blu-ray and DVD formats will be offered.

Each volume comes packed with bonuses. Volume 1 features a newly drawn art jacket by the original character designer and anime staff, along with a special booklet containing an original novel by the series’ author, Aneko Yusagi.

Additional bonuses include a creditless opening and episode previews for Episodes 1 to 4 in Volume 1, a creditless ending and previews for Episodes 5 to 8 in Volume 2, and a collection of promotional videos, commercials, and previews for Episodes 9 to 12 in Volume 3.
