The Mononoke Lecture Logs of Chuzenji-Sensei Anime Introduces Main Cast in First Teaser Trailer

The Mononoke Lecture Logs of Chuzenji-sensei: He Just Solves All the Mysteries TV anime has unveiled its first teaser trailer, showcasing the cast, key visual, and an anticipated release date of April 2025 The manga, authored by Aki Shimizu, is an adaptation of the novels by Natsuhiko Kyog, and the anime was initially announced October. The primary voice cast:

• Katsuyuki Konishi as Akihiko Chuzenji

• Kaori Maeda as Kanna Kusakabe

Kaori Maeda: “Hello, I’m Kaori Maeda, and I will be playing the role of Kanna Kusakabe. This story, seen through Kanna’s perspective, follows Professor Chuzenji as he solves various mysteries. The official synopsis for the anime:

This narrative unfolds prior to the exorcist Kyogokudo inaugurating his second-hand bookstore…

The setting is Tokyo in 1948, immediately the war. Kanna Kusabe, now a-year high school student, encounters the language, Akihikozenji.

Mysterious, supernatural events continue to unfold around Kanna. Once today, she the door to the preparation, seeking assistance from the gruff Chuzenji-sensei who waits inside.

Aki Shimizu began illustrating the manga in October 2019, and it was serialized in Kodansha's Shonen Magazine Edge. After the magazine was discontinued in October 2023, the series was transferred to Kodansha's Comic Days website. The author remarked on the anime announcement: "I can't believe that there's going to be a Chuzenji-sensei anime! I'm so honored! I look forward to it as a viewer myself."
