Devil May Cry Season 2 is scheduled to release in 2026, with Netflix unveiling its first trailer. The animated series premiered on Netflix on April 3, and the sequel was confirmed just a week later. Initially announced in September 2023, the project is described as "an anime series from Capcom, Studio Mir, and Adi Shankar."
Netflix revealed the news during Anime NYC, along with the release of the Season 2 teaser trailer.
Devil May Cry is a well-known action-adventure and hack-and-slash game franchise created by Hideki Kamiya and primarily developed by Capcom. The story follows Dante, a demon hunter with supernatural powers, as he battles demons threatening humanity. The voice cast includes:
