The sequel film, "Senpai Is an Otokonoko," has revealed its key visual and a new trailer in anticipation of its February 14 (Valentine's Day) premiere in Japan. The movie was announced immediately following the TV anime's finale in September. Studio Project No. 9 will return to animate the film.
The trailer also features the ending theme song, "Otona ni Narenai," by Kujira (also known as Whale Don’t Sleep).
Toshiya Miyata from Kis-My-Ft2 is also joining the voice cast as Hiroshi Hongo. Returning members include:

The main staff from the TV anime is returning for the Senpai Is an Otokonoko movie. It is directed by Nobunaga Yagi, with series composition by Yoriko Tomita and character design by Shoto Shinkai.
The Senpai Is an Otokonoko anime is based on the manga of the same name written and illustrated by Pom. It was digitally published through Line Manga from 2019 to 2021. Ichijinsha acquired the title in 2021 and published it in print over 10 volumes. Crunchyroll streams the anime, describing the story:
