"Tis Time for 'Torture,' Princess" Season 2 has unveiled a new trailer, introducing a fresh character named Sakura Heartrock. The anime has already announced its release date for January 2026. Studio PINE JAM is back to handle the animation, and the new trailer is now available to watch.

The anime's first season debuted in January 2024, spanning 12 episodes. Studio Pine Jam took charge of the animation, led by director Yoko Kanamori. Kazuyuki Fudeyazu oversaw the series composition, while Satoshi Furuhashi and Toshiya Kono designed the characters. Masaru Yokoyama composed the music, and the main voice cast featured:

  • Haruka Shiraishi as Princess

  • Chikahiro Kobayashi as Excalibur

  • Shizuka Ito as Torture Tortura

  • Tessho Genda as Hell-Lord

‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess (Hime-sama “Gomon” no Jikan desu) is a manga series written by Robinson Haruhara and illustrated by Hirakei. It began serialization on the Shonen Jump+ website in April 2019 and concluded today, August 19, in Japan. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime adaptation, describing the story as follows: As the war between the Imperial Army and Hellhorde continues, the Princess, armed with her legendary sword Excalibur, is captured and imprisoned. But what kind of “torture” awaits her at the hands of the chief demon interrogator? Fluffy, fresh-baked toast! Hot, steaming ramen! Oh, the agony! Can the Princess endure these delicious torments and keep her kingdom’s secrets safe?
