Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister manga, written and illustrated by Marcey Naito, has come to an end, accompanied by special illustrations from Haruko Iizuka and Negi Haruba. The series, originally published as a one-shot in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine, began regular serialization in April 2021. Kodansha USA handles the English publication, while Crunchyroll streams the anime adaptation.

The story revolves around Uryu Kamihate, a young boy aspiring to enter medical school. He ends up at the Amagami Shrine as his foster home, where he meets the three charming sisters, Yae, Yuna, and Asahi. To his surprise, he is told he must marry one of the sisters and inherit the shrine, setting the stage for a romantic comedy.
