  3. Blue Lock Announces Season 3 & Live-Action Film Adaptation

    BLUE LOCK has announced that the anime will return for a third season, currently in production, featuring the Neo Egoist League arc. It was also revealed that BLUE LOCK will be adapted into a live-action film, set for a nationwide release in Japan during Summer 2026 to coincide with the World Cup. Both announcements were made at BLUELOCK EGOIST FESTA 2025, following the success of the anime’s second season and the film BLUE LOCK THE MOVIE -EPISODE NAGI-. The creators of the series expressed their excitement about the Season 3 announcement, sharing the news with fans. Muneyuki Kaneshiro, the original story's creator, congratulated the entire production team on their achievement. Yusuke Nomura, the illustrator of the BLUE LOCK manga, shared his thoughts on the upcoming international players. Alongside the anime, it was announced that BLUE LOCK will be adapted into a live-action film for the first time. The film will be produced by CREDEUS, the studio behind the Kingdom and Golden Kamuy films, as well as Kokuhou, Japan’s second-highest-grossing live-action movie ever. The series had previously been adapted into several stage plays. CK WORKS will handle executive production, while Toho will manage film distribution. More updates on BLUE LOCK Season 3 and the live-action film will be available on the official series website and X (formerly Twitter). BLUE LOCK is also available to watch on Crunchyroll.

    Book clubs are a safe bet. I was part of a Discord group that did weekly manga reads followed by discussion. I wasn’t great at keeping up, but it definitely encouraged engagement. Watch parties would be fantastic. Discord could work well, though I’m also curious about Invision’s Live Topics feature. That said, you need to be cautious; if the forum grows or draws the wrong kind of attention, legal issues could arise. As for the food and recipe idea, I love it. It’s something that could generate organic traffic and community interest. Unlike anime news or databases, which are dominated by media giants, recipes require watching, studying, and interpreting the source material. That’s something big corporations struggle to automate, and it’s where fan communities shine.

    I relocated in early February and have not had much time to make updates due to balancing work and the effort of transforming my house into a home. However, I anticipate being able to resume updates soon. I had to resign from my job for medical reasons, so I will likely be more active than usual. Thank you for your understanding.

    No, I have 3 consoles and a gaming desktop and a gaming laptop and I didn't play anything... Kinda sad, I have so many games to play that are either offline or online and multiplayer, but I don't get to play online much because I have no friends to play with lol so games I can get into random lobbies with and don't talk I am good games like Overwatch or GTA Online.

    Ove the next few weeks I will be unable to post as much as I have. I am having to do an emergency move I won’t go into detail, but I am having move from one state to another. So, I will have to get everything situated there before I can get back online.
