Magical Girl Raising Project Restart Anime Reveals Teaser Trailer, Opening Song, 2026 Premiere

The Magical Girl Raising Project Restart anime has announced a teaser trailer, its opening theme song, and a 2026 release date. Minori Chihara will perform the opening theme, “No tears here,” which she premiered live at the Animelo Summer Live 2025 “ThanXX!” event. The song is also highlighted in the newest trailer.

SynergySP is bringing the series to life, with Hiroyuki Hashimoto returning as the director from the first Magical Girl Raising Project anime and Takao Yoshioka handling the scriptwriting. Masako Ito is transforming Maruino's original character designs into the anime. The voice cast features:

Magical Girl Raising Project is a light novel series by Asari Endo with illustrations by Maruino. Its first anime adaptation aired from October 1 to December 17, 2016. Crunchyroll streams the series, describing it as a popular social game where players have a 1 in 10,000 chance of becoming real-life Magical Girls with unique abilities to help others.
