My Status as an Assassin Obviously Exceeds the Hero's Unveils New Trailer Featuring Ending Song, October 6 Premiere

The anime "My Status as an Assassin Obviously Exceeds the Hero's" unveiled a new main trailer on Thursday, featuring the ending theme song “Like Gravity” by BONNIE PINK and confirming its October 6 premiere date. Studio SUNRISE is handling the animation.

Nobuyoshi Habara is directing the series, with Kunihiko Okada writing the series composition. Hirona Okada serves as the character designer, while Satoshi Igarashi is composing the music. The opening theme, “Issen” (Flash) by VESPERBELL, can be heard in an earlier main trailer. The voice cast includes:

The anime is adapted from the light novel series of the same name, written by Matsuri Akai and illustrated by Tozai. Originally released as a web novel in January 2017, the series was later acquired by Overlap and published under its Overlap Bunko imprint in November 2017. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed both the light novel and manga in English, describing the story as follows:
