Happy First Birthday Anime Social

One year ago, Anime Social was born out of a dream—to create a space where anime lovers, gamers, and storytellers could connect, grow, and feel seen. We've built lore, crafted roles, hosted events, and poured our hearts into every pixel and post. And today, we celebrate that vision and the community that’s helped shape it.

But I won’t sugarcoat it: this first year has been tough. I wish we could have done better in growing our member base and keeping the energy alive. The truth is, Anime Social hasn’t reached the level of engagement I hoped for. And if things don’t pick up this year—if we can’t build the momentum and community we set out to create—I’ll be closing Anime Social down next year.

This isn’t a threat. It’s a reality check. I believe in what we’ve built, and I know the potential is there. But I can’t carry it alone. So if you’ve ever felt a spark here, if you’ve ever wanted to be part of something special, now’s the time to show up, speak out, and help us grow.
