A sandbox game that has propelled to global stardom since its release, the gameplay offered to players is solid, fun, and addictive. There are plenty of structures that players love building, such as churches, watchtowers, boats, and lots more.   5. Kazuki Yao has officially announced his departure from the role of Franky in the ONE PIECE anime. The announcement of his successor is scheduled for Jump Festa 2025 on December 22. The announcement was made via the anime's official X account, accompanied by Yao's statement that he feels a disconnect between himself and the ideal Franky he wishes to portray. Additionally, a graduation ceremony for Yao is planned to take place at the Jump Festa event. The official announcement states that the decision followed prolonged and thorough discussions. The voice actor was previously substituted by Wataru Takagi for episode 1121 owing to health concerns. Notably, he was the sole Straw Hat Pirates voice actor not present at the ONE PIECE '24 event. Yao has been the voice of Franky since the character's first appearance in Episode 233, broadcasted in Japan on May 22, 2005. His roles also include Bon Clay and Jango in the series. The ONE PIECE anime is presently on a break to 'recharge,' and the edited version of the Fish-Man Island Saga will be broadcast in its stead until the series resumes on March 30, 2025. The announcement occurred at the Black Butler: Public School Arc AFTER the MIDNIGHT TEA PARTY ~A Return to Weston College event on December 8, where they also showcased character visuals for the new season. Studio CloverWorks will be animating the season, maintaining the original main staff, including Kenjiro Okada of "March Comes in Like a Lion" as director, Hiroyuki Yoshino in charge of series composition, Yumi Shimizu on character design, and Ryo Kawasaki composing the music. Maaya Sakamoto and Daisuke Ono are set to return as the voices of Ciel Phantomhive and Sebastian Michaelis. The Emerald Witch Arc is the eighth arc of the Black Butler manga series, spanning volumes 18 to 22. As reported by the National Tax Agency Corporate Number Publication Site of Japan, the animation studio Encourage Films (エンカレッジフィルムズ) underwent a name change to Kachigarasu (鵲) on December 28, 2023. Encourage Films originated in Musashino, Tokyo, on August 5, 2008. It was established by former Gonzo producer Touyou Ikeda and animator/director Fumitoshi Oizaki. Ikeda assumed the roles of president and CEO, while Oizaki became the managing director. Their inaugural production was the web series Ontama! in 2009, directed by Oizaki. The studio expanded its services to include comprehensive outsourcing for other productions, some of which were directed by Oizaki at different studios. Following Ikeda's death in 2013, Oizaki stepped up as president and CEO. The studio's debut television series was Etotama in 2015, co-produced with Shirogumi. Encourage Films has frequently partnered with Diomedea, contributing to episodes of Beatless (2018) and Ahiru no Sora (2019). Kenjirou Kawando, the head of production at Diomedea, also worked as an animation producer on several Encourage Films projects. The company relocated its headquarters to Nerima in 2018. Akuma-kun, released in 2023 and directed by Oizaki with Junichi Satou as the chief director, was the final series produced under the Encourage Films banner.   14. Attack on Titan manga Volume 2 was listed among books banned from Knox County Tennessee’s schools. According to WVLT, the schools received a list from the district of books to be removed from their libraries under Tennessee’s Age-Appropriate Materials Act, which aims to align school policies with state requirements. The policy to remove “explicit” books was voted in July, aiming to remove titles that contain nudity, descriptions or depictions of extreme violence and other forms of content deemed inappropriate for students. The artwork showcases the world's mightiest sorcerer, flanked by Suguru Geto, Shoko Ieiri, Kento Nanami, and Yu Haibara. Below is the new illustration. Satoru Gojo's popularity remains sky-high. He has clinched the top spot in both the Summer 2023 Best Male Character seasonal rankings and the 2023 Best Male Character annual rankings. Additionally, he triumphed in the official popularity poll with over 42% of the votes, out of a total of 264,298. Gege Akutami's JUJUTSU KAISEN manga concluded its serialization on September 30, 2024, after a run of six and a half years starting in March 2018, wrapping up the narrative in 30 volumes. The final two volumes, 29 and 30, are set to be released on December 25, 2024. VIZ Media has acquired the English licensing rights for the manga. Studio MAPPA took on the animation for both the TV anime seasons and the movie of the franchise, with Crunchyroll streaming the series. The animation was produced by A-1 Pictures. Sword Art Online: Variant Showdown (SAOVS) was created to commemorate the anime's 10th anniversary in 2022. Set in a brand-new game called Cross Edge, it features not only the original character Layla but also fan-favorites Kirito, Asuna, Leafa, Silica, and Lisbeth as playable characters. The game's official description poses the question, "Have you heard of Cross Edge?" This is a game familiar to Kirito, one that has garnered significant attention, partly because it's rumored to be the brainchild of a middle school prodigy. While at the Dicey Café, Kirito comes across two unsettling rumors about Cross Edge. The first involves a mysterious player who launches surprise attacks, with the victims losing part of their memories upon defeat.
